Renicks sisters did it for Scotland finally
as they won first two gold medals for Scotland in their respective categories
with some exceptional performance. 26 year old Kimberley won her gold medal in
ippon 48 kg category by defeating Sushila Likmabam of India, meaning that she
had won the first gold for her country in this year’s commonwealth games.
Meanwhile, her sister Louise overcame her English opponent to clinch her gold
medal in 52 kg category.
