New Freestyle Record

Australian athletes set a new world record in 4x100m Freestyle Relay repeating their stupendous run in the heats. The addition of Cate Campbell proved to be instrumental for them as they shaved more than seven tenths of a second to set up a new world record previously held by Netherlands. The new world record stands at 3 minutes 30:98 seconds while English finished with a silver medal. Canada stood third in the overall run and had to satisfy with bronze only.
