New Zealanders tried to make a win in
Men’s 5000m race but failed to capitalize on the hard work they did in the
middle stages of the race. Jake and Zane Robertson, the twin brother lead the
race in the middle but failed to finish for the podium positions as Kenyans
paved their way to dominate in the end.
While Jake Robertson fell in between,
his brother Zane Robertson won the bronze medal in the end preventing clean
sweep from the Kenyans.
