England took on the Malaysians in the bronze medal match of women’s double and
winning the bronze medal in a war of attrition. Gabby Adcock and Lauren
Smith took the game to the dust when they beat Lim Yin Loo and Lai Pei Jing
easily in two straight sets with a score line of 21-15 21-16. It will be great
for Adcock as she is set to play another final next morning with her husband in
the mixed double category.
