It
was a wonderful race for the beauty queen keeping all the pre race
controversies behind her and justifying her act by winning the gold medal in
women’s 100m Hurdles race in 12.67 seconds and beating England’s Tiffany Porter
by a paper width margin. Tiffany clocked 12.80 to take the Silver medal with
her. It was not all well for Pearson until Porter lapsed on the sixth barricade
and Pearson took the lead.
